- Hat: 1 patt rep (18 sts) measures 7 cm (2¾ in) and 28 rows to 10 cm (4 in) using 4.5 mm (US 7) needles.
- Mittens: Based on a stocking stitch tension of 21 sts and 28 rows to 10 cm (4 in) using 4 mm (US 6) needles.
